Bill Birk with ILNA - Ralph Winquist Lifetime Achievement Award
Bill Birk President of the Oak Forest Numismatic Society was presented with the ILNA Ralph Winquist Lifetime Achievement Award November 2, 2018 at the Oak Forest Numismatic Society's monthly meeting. There to present the award was ILNA President Jim Paicz, ILNA VP John Stankus, ILNA Secretary John Schikora, ILNA Treasurer Bruce Perdue and Board of Governors, Joyce Paicz, Jim Ray and Mark Wieclaw. John Stankus gave a brief speech out lining Bill's accomplishments both in numismatics and in education.
